Show a temporary sensor issue in G7 settings - #99

While the latest reading reports a temporary sensor issue (state 18), the last-reading row shows "Sensor Issue" instead of dashes, and the Sensor section explains that readings usually resume on their own. Same check as the "Sensor Issue" status highlight.

While the latest reading reports a temporary sensor issue (algorithm state 18), the home screen shows "Sensor Issue", but G7 settings only showed
– – –and the remaining lifetime. Settings now uses the same check as the status highlight (algorithmState.hasTemporaryError):Neither appears once the session is over (expired or failed), where "Replace Sensor" still takes precedence.
Testing: built with the LoopWorkspace scheme, and checked in the iOS Simulator against g7sim set to "Temporary sensor issue" (state 18): the last-reading row shows "Sensor Issue" and the note appears in the Sensor section.
