G7 calibrations are now recorded as manual glucose entries. Manual entries are kept out of momentum and ICE, and they're marked in the charts.

• G7SensorKit 0c43b91 → 4d24c0c: Emit calibrations as manual glucose; stop marking display-only readings user-entered G7SensorKit#102. An entered calibration is emitted as a user-entered glucose sample, and the readings the sensor adjusts while a calibration settles are no longer marked user-entered.
• LoopAlgorithm 3e5c268 → 9628dfe: Leave manual glucose entries out of momentum, ICE and the RC smoothness gate LoopAlgorithm#14. Momentum, insulin counteraction and the RC smoothness check ignore manual entries.
• LoopKit dee2a36 → bf986b8: Show manual glucose entries as a larger red dot in glucose charts LoopKit#666. Manual entries show as a slightly larger red dot in the phone glucose charts.
• Loop 417d966 → f0c793c: Show manual glucose entries as a larger red point on the watch Loop#2612. The same marker on the watch chart and the complication chart.

Each submodule moves by only that one merge. The same code was built together and run in the iOS and watchOS simulators before merging.

Configuration

Build bump/next-dev-manual-glucose onto my personal Loop phone (iPhone 15 pro).
Pretty sure only the direct G7 connect emits calibrations and I'm using the Dexcom G7 app.

Dexcom app reports 93 mg/dL at 15:09.
A few minutes later, enter a calibration into the Dexcom G7 app of 86 mg/dL.
Next reading from Dexcom G7 app, as reported by Loop is 88.
