- Now Line toggle. - Glucose Scale: Auto (current behavior) or Fixed 40-400 mg/dL. - Time Window: Full Forecast (current behavior), 3 Hours (3 h back, 3 h ahead), 6 Hours or 12 Hours (that much history plus the full insulin action time ahead). The hour options are sized for a portrait iPhone; wider screens keep the same zoom and show more history, up to 2x. - X-axis labels thin out based on available width. Changes apply to the status charts immediately.

Adds Settings › Display with three options for the status charts. Requires LoopKit/LoopKit#667.

X-axis labels thin out by available width, so they stay readable on long windows and stay hourly when there's room.
Changes apply to the status charts immediately, without a relaunch.
Tested in the simulator on an iPhone 17 Pro (portrait and landscape) and an iPhone Duo (folded, and unfolded in landscape), with a 12-hour scenario of meals, manual and automatic boluses and a fingerstick.
Known limit: on the fixed scale, a CGM reading above 400 mg/dL (some Libre sensors report up to 500) would draw above the top gridline.
