flows creation via mcp lacks of validations

Describe the bug

agents sending invalid shape soar flows are accepted without checking its a valid configuration, so nameless soar flows, invalid node configurations are saved

Regression Issue

• Select this option if this issue appears to be a regression.

Expected Behavior

soar flows must be validated and throw explicative errors each time a soar flow is trying to be creatid with an invalid shape

Current Behavior

soar flows are saved withouth verification and validation

Reproduction Steps

• ask ai to create a nameless soar flow, an invalid url or invalid graph connection (loops etc)
• check in soar flows view it has being created
