soar flow name being ignored

Describe the bug

creating a soar flow with names, ignore the name

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

name must be passed by to the creation view

Current Behavior

name is being ignored and setted new flow instead

Reproduction Steps

• go to soar flows view
• click add bew soar
• setup a name
