alerts linked to an incident on creation time are not being marked as incident

Describe the bug

alerts linked to an incident are not being maked as incident , so they dont appear as linked on the alert list and throws an error trying to link them on other incidents

Regression Issue

Expected Behavior

alerts linked to an incident at incident creation time must be marked as incident and appear as it on the alerts list

Current Behavior

alerts linked to an incident are not being maked as incident , so they dont appear as linked on the alert list and throws an error trying to link them on other incidents

Reproduction Steps

• go to incidents
• create a new incident
• select any alert
• go to alert page
• alert doesnt seem linked
• try linking it to another (or the same) incident
