By default all application events redirected to window system. But in case of gtk4 one require that events are remain in system queue and then processed by gtk4 Implement MacOSX.PostEvents: 1 mode which analyze only application events and resubmit other events to the front queue

But in case of gtk4 one requires that events are remain in application queue - to be processed by gtk4
Implement "MacOSX.PostEvents: 1" mode which analyze only application events and resubmit other events to the front of the queue. It is the only solution found to let use gtk4 widgets inside ROOT application on Mac.
In such mode events are dequed, analyzed if created for ROOT (sockets handling) and remaining placed back to the queue.
In such mode normal ROOT widgets will not work - so it is only temporary solution.
Actually one have to move this functionality to TGQuartz class and provide hook in the TMacOSXSystem class
