PEP 747: Annotating Type Forms #44
Description
Please provide a recommendation on PEP 747 which has been discussed most recently in: https://discuss.python.org/t/pep-747-typeexpr-type-hint-for-a-type-expression/55984
There is a reference implementation in pyright and very nearly a reference implementation in mypy, once I've integrated Jukka's final feedback from PyCon US. No substantive issues have been discovered during the implementation process.

There are now 2 reference implementations for this PEP 747 (TypeForm). No substantive issues were discovered during the implementation process.
Please review & provide a recommendation RE whether to accept this PEP or not to the Steering Council.

The typing council has discussed this PEP and is happy to give our recommendation for its acceptance. Thank you @davidfstr for all your work on the PEP and the mypy reference implementation!
