Allow multiple Python statements to be submitted as one command in the local and remote Pdb prompts. For example, this pasted block now defines both classes and displays the result:

class A:
    pass
class B(A):
    pass
B()

Preserve interactive expression output and access to the paused frame's variables, including annotated assignments and future imports. Retain assignments and deletions made before an exception without executing the block again, and handle convenience variables on continuation lines.
