feat: add ftxui 6.1.9 (C++ TUI library) - #9

Pure compiled C++ library (no C++23 modules); uses mcpp 0.0.4's new
glob exclusion syntax to skip the ~46 *_test.cpp / *_fuzzer.cpp files
that live alongside the library sources:

…m (Apache-2.0) (#607) SheenBidi 3.0.0 implements UAX #9 for Unicode 17.0.0 in C with no dependencies, and passes every case of that version's BidiTest.txt and BidiCharacterTest.txt (upstream's AlgorithmTests, run against this build). It is the permissively licensed alternative to compat.fribidi (LGPL-2.1-or-later), so a program can link it statically. Built from the tag archive through upstream's unity source (Source/SheenBidi.c under SB_CONFIG_UNITY), a static library exporting only the 51 SB* entry points of the public headers. Consumers see Headers/ only; Source/, where the internal headers live, is a private include directory of each platform block. The experimental text API stays off, as upstream's default builds have it. GLOBAL is the GitHub tag archive, CN the gitcode mcpp-res mirror, byte-identical; autoupdate follows the v${version} tags. The member tests/examples/sheenbidi runs on all three platforms: the version, bidi types, a Unicode 17.0 letter (Sidetic), general category, mirroring, scripts, paragraph base levels, a line's visual runs and levels, the mirror locator, and UTF-8 / UTF-16 / UTF-32 input. Descriptor pkgs/mwrap/sheenbidi.lua (form A, the immutable mwrap-3.0.0 release asset; CN is the gitcode mcpp-res/mwrap-sheenbidi mirror with the same bytes), over compat.sheenbidi 3.0.0. Consumer tests/mwrap/sheenbidi-bidi: UAX #9's N0 bracket-pair example in an RTL paragraph, a line's visual order with mirrored brackets, the mirror and script locators, Unicode 17.0's Sidetic, the mapped macros and enumerators, and the side header beside the import. The installed-template check in validate.yml with its deployment contract (the wrapper's LICENSE/NOTICE, SheenBidi's README and LICENSE and the Unicode License v3, byte for byte in a relocated bundle), and the plan.
