Register openkal-musl 0.27.6 and openkal-llvm-runtime 0.18.7 together. The runtime pins that exact C library in both allocator arrangements. The direct C-library and conditional runtime members follow their releases; existing versions and the selected platform group remain available.
The C library calls the optional resolved-name operation directly, retaining weak-entry and unsupported fallbacks, lexical handling, errors and output bounds. The C++ runtime implementation is unchanged. All ten checks of each producer passed at their exact PR heads, including native/cross-target behavior, four-host images and the unchanged runtime L2 workloads and limits. See mcpplibs/openkal-musl#84 and mcpplibs/openkal-llvm-runtime#65.

Real C++ and import-std consumers also build and run from the released archives through the candidate index, and their locks select exactly runtime 0.18.7 and musl 0.27.6. The C++ example reports zero failures. The matching full CI and candidate consumers must pass before merge. This source/runtime batch does not qualify the full clangd cold CPU workload or alter its 1.15 limit. Platform 0.23.7 follows once this group is publicly installable.
