LoopFollow 7.2 reads the APNS environment from the Nightscout profile that Loop uploads and shows it under Debug / Info, so the Environment Production toggle section is replaced. Production means Loop was installed with TestFlight and Development means it was installed directly from Xcode. Loop uploads the value from 3.14.7 (LoopKit/NightscoutKit#1 and LoopKit/NightscoutService#25); the next-dev branch does not include NightscoutService#25 yet. The Debug / Info and credentials screenshots are updated. Goes with loopandlearn/LoopFollow#776.

* Document the Loop APNS environment read from Nightscout (#68)

LoopFollow reads the APNS environment from the Nightscout profile that Loop uploads and shows it under Debug / Info. Production means Loop was installed with TestFlight and Development means it was installed directly from Xcode. Loop uploads the value from 3.14.7; the next-dev branch does not yet.

* Document editing and deleting meals and carbs from Treatments (#69)

Trio meals and Loop carb entries can be edited or deleted from their details on the Treatments screen. The sections cover the confirmation steps, the time window and what each app needs.

* Document opening treatment details from the main graph (#70)

Carbs, boluses, overrides and temporary targets that are in the Treatments list get a label with an arrow on the main graph, and tapping the label opens the treatment's details.

* modify the planned version to 8.0

* Document the Apple Watch app (#72)

* Document the Apple Watch app and its browser build identifiers

* Describe the watch's statistics, info table, graph scrubbing and working without the iPhone

* Update the Apple Watch page for the glucose page details and Trio meals with a bolus, with new screenshots

* Describe tapping a field before setting it with the Digital Crown on the watch meal screen

* Update the watch bolus screenshot

* Describe the − and + buttons on the watch amount fields

* Explain the XC names of identifiers created by Xcode

* Document the range list and Extended Tight Range (#65)

* Document the TING range mode

* Describe the range list and Extended Tight Range

* Show the watch identifier steps with screenshots and add the v8.0.0 highlights (#77)

* Update the build and history pages for LoopFollow 8.0 (#79)

Browser Build names the watch identifier update Update to LoopFollow v8, matching the v6 section, and keeps the anchor the build log links to. Build Options points v7.x builders to it. The history page has 7.1.0 and 8.0 in the feature table, the 7.1.0 highlights and the 8.0 version compatibility section.

* fix typos, update version number, revise some wording

* Remove the Download Prediction setting from Advanced Settings (#81)

* Describe the watch bolus that opens on the amount and starts at the recommendation (#75)

Matches loopandlearn/LoopFollow#792: the bolus screen opens on the amount,
starts at a recommendation under 5 minutes old and follows newer loop
cycles until the amount is changed by hand. Quick-Pick boluses moved to
Presets, and the confirmation checks the recommendation again before
sending.

* incorporate some claude suggestions; work in progress

* Document Loop profile switching, CGM sensor states and the 8.0 watch layout

Adds a Profiles section to the Loop remote page and a CGM Sensor States section on the setup page, describes the early warning option for the override and temp target end alarms, and updates the statistics settings. The watch page now matches the current glucose page, the scrub screen, the stale recommendation rule and the faster command results. Watch screenshots are retaken following Trio, with new images for the scrub screen and the Loop profile screens.

* update information about Customizations to enable new LoopFollow features

* State that editing and deleting Trio meals requires a Trio release newer than 1.0.2
