Brings the device hand-off protocols from LoopKit#626 (SportMode, by @jeremybarnum) to trio, so Trio can hand a pump and CGM to its Apple Watch.

What's in it: the net change of LoopKit#626 as merged (dee2a369), applied 1:1:

  • SharedDeviceConfiguration, DeviceConfigurationSharing, ExclusiveDeviceControl
  • PumpDeliveryOdometer
  • DeviceManager.localizedInoperableDescription (default nil)
  • DeviceManagerDelegate.deviceManagerControlDidBecomeReady(_:) (default no-op)
  • watchOS build entries for DosingDecisionStore and friends, SharedDeviceConfigurationTests

Differences from LoopKit#626: trio has no isInoperable / inSignalLoss on DeviceManager. Those lines were only context in LoopKit#626, so they stay out. The async PumpManager wrappers next to PumpDeliveryOdometer are next-dev context too and are not added.

Every new requirement has a default, so existing managers build unchanged.

Companion PRs: G7SensorKit feat/trio-g7-direct, OmnipodKit dev (both trio-sportmode).

trio has no isInoperable or inSignalLoss, so those context lines stay out.
