Cartesia retires the sonic-2 snapshots on 2026-10-20. Switch the examples that still use sonic-2 to sonic-3.6; voice ids are unchanged.

Cartesia retires the sonic-2 snapshots on 2026-10-20. After that, requests for
sonic-2fail with a hardmodel_sunsettederror, so these examples stop producing audio. See the sunset notice.Ten files on
