The inherited CONTRIBUTING.md contains a hard-coded status badge for an unrelated repository, which would misrepresent workflow status across consuming repositories and needs correction.

Adds a workflow-status badge to the shared CONTRIBUTING.md guide. The badge currently references the unrelated leoreium/download-artifact repository and may not represent the repository consuming the guide.
Changes:
