We should still look at ways to include the actual changes from buildkit in our release notes

Yeah although it probably doesn't make sense to list every Buildkit change - only the high level ones that actually matter for the engine.
These could already be a separate entries in the PR that bumps Buildkit.

Yeah; long standing issue already, but something we should work toward.
It's not very useful to have a one-line item "bump buildkit" if it comes with new user-facing features and enhancements that are worth mentioning.

Docker Engine packages are published for AlmaLinux, Oracle Linux, and Rocky Linux 8, 9, and 10 on x86_64 and aarch64, each from its own repository on download.docker.com. The install procedure is the same as on RHEL, so the RHEL page moved into a content adapter that generates one page per distribution from a shared body in content/includes/engine-install-rhel.md. The adapter sets the distribution name, versions, architectures, repository URL, sidebar weight, and the existing RHEL aliases. CentOS and Fedora keep hand-written pages because their versions, conflicting packages, and repository setup differ. The new pages are listed in the Engine platform table, the Compose plugin repository setup links, and the 29.10.0-rc.1 release notes. Signed-off-by: Paweł Gronowski <pawel.gronowski@docker.com>

| - Add separate `docker-cli` and `docker-engine` static binary archives for Linux, macOS, and Windows, alongside the combined `docker` archive. See [Install Docker Engine from binaries](/manuals/engine/install/binaries.md). |

We can add a bullet here as well that we now provide checksums for the static packages.
