Add options to filter by score of category groups or audit #957

User story

As a consumer of the markdown and terminal report I want to see only relevant results.

Acceptance criteria

• categoriesOverviewSection takes additional options { isScoreListed?: (score: number) => boolean }
  • if isScoreListed is given filter categories by isScoreListed(category.score)
  • if isScoreListed is not given return all categories
• categoriesDetailsSection takes additional options { isScoreListed?: (score: number) => boolean }
  • if isScoreListed is given filter categories by isScoreListed(category.refs[number].score)
  • if isScoreListed is not given return all category refs
• auditsSection takes additional options { isScoreListed?: (score: number) => boolean }
  • if isScoreListed is given filter audits by isScoreListed(audit.score)
  • if isScoreListed is not given return all audits
• generateMdReport takes additional options { isScoreListed?: (score: number) => boolean }
  • if isScoreListed is given
    • filter categories by isScoreListed(category.score)
    • filter categories by isScoreListed(category.refs[number].score)
    • filter audits by isScoreListed(audit.score)
  • if isScoreListed is not given return all categories, category refs and audits
