Manage remotes #555

Description
Provide some kind of UI to create, retrieve, update, and delete a repository's remotes.
We should especially support a workflow popular in the open-source world that uses a forked repository as a head for contributor pull requests:
- A contributor forks the repository on GitHub
- The contributor clones the repository to their laptop from their personal fork, adding it as a remote called
origin. - The contributor adds a remote, often called
upstream, pointing to the parent repository on GitHub. - The contributor pushes branches containing work to be integrated to
origin, their personal fork. - To integrate changes from other contributors, the contributor pulls from the master branch on the
upstreamremote and either merges in the fetched changes or rebases on top of them.

@simurai can we get your thoughts on UI around this? We may not get around to it in the super near term, but it'd be nice to get a discussion started around how best to approach this 💭

There is some exploration about branch management in #556:
But not sure about the "The contributor adds a remote"? Maybe have a toolbar at the bottom with a [+ Add remote] button? Clicking that would show a list of all forks (if that's not too performance hungry) and also an input to filter or paste a URL. Maybe the first item in the list could be the "upstream" remote.
Anyways, I guess before we start with this, we would need #556 first.

I was prompted to select a remote for a branch at one point while using this integration. I selected one and it says it's not found. Is it possible to change the remote again after initially selecting one? I also tried to manually enter the PR URL although it's not able to find the PR either so I'm a bit stuck. Wondering if this has to do with my organization's authorization.
