Single changed file list in Git Panel #263
Description
To make the most use out of the space we have in the Git Panel and create more room for a short commit history we've decided to have a single changed file lists with check boxes to allow the user to stage and unstage files.

Decided against this. Having a single list saves space, but the list would be fairly complex and it would take more clicks to view diffs. We'll explore other options for saving space, like moving branch and push/pull components to the status bar, and reducing the size of the commit box.
