STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Run cloudstack-setup-agent on new node
- Add this node with the UI
- Now there are 2 node duplicate in the UI -> hosts
- Delete a duplicate node

@stedeux I see mention of listHosts and of adding a node. Your steps to reproduce don't show an expected vs an actual result, which makes it hard to see you problem. Can you please expand a little on your issue? thanks

On multiple test installations I have the hosts page crashing with the 404 error.
On 4.14 the error only occurred on primate UI
On 4.15 the error occurred once, disappeared and returned.

if you use 4.15.0.0, could you retry after updating global config "add.host.on.service.restart.kvm" to "false" ?
it is added in #4228
