Agent side cannot send $/cancel_request for its own outgoing requests #161

Description

@ayushin

agent-client-protocol 1.0.0rc2.

The protocol defines $/cancel_request (it is in acp/meta.py), but an agent cannot send it for a request it issued: Connection.send_request allocates the JSON-RPC id internally and never exposes it, and cancelling the awaiting task only drops the local future.

Use case: an agent sends session/request_permission, the decision is then made elsewhere (another client tab or an approval inbox), and the agent needs to withdraw the open request so the client closes its dialog.

Expected: a way to cancel an outgoing request that sends $/cancel_request with its id, for example cancelling the task returned by send_request, or an API that returns the id.
