Update github.com/klauspost/compress to 1.20.2 and embedded OAuthlib to 4.0.1, addressing CVE-2026-116591 and CVE-2026-49272. Reuse Renovate #603 and synchronize the registered Go modules; retain the packaged OAuth device-flow regression test.

Canonical ticket: https://github.com/StackVista/cve-reporter/issues/116

Validation: exact-head lint/tests, binaries/images, and DEB/images CI all passed. Independent packaged-artifact review (reviewer 78a5e83a, result 53c65e88) verified amd64/arm64 DEBs and binaries, fixed dependency versions, five passing packaged security tests, zero secrets per architecture, and absence of the two remediated CVEs; no blockers found.

Python CVE-2026-116566 and CVE-2026-103995 remain visible, and existing exceptions are expired. This is not total CVE clearance. Louis reviews and merges.
