Follow-up to #2606, from the iPhone Duo screenshots posted on Zulip.

When the status bar is vertical (the inner display in landscape, and the cover display), the bottom action bar overlapped the table and clipped the Settings button. In that layout the bottom bar is now hidden, and the four actions appear in a glass capsule in the status bar's column below the clock, where the system puts vertical toolbar items. With a horizontal status bar (inner display in portrait, other iPhones) nothing changes.

The vertical bar is detected from the safe area (no top inset, one side inset) instead of the iOS 27.1 verticalBarEdge APIs, so this still builds with Xcode 27.0.

Tested in the iPhone Duo simulator: folded, unfolded, inner display in landscape and portrait, folding with the app open; all four buttons work.

When the status bar is vertical (inner display in landscape, and the cover
display), the bottom tab bar overlapped the table and clipped the last
button. Hide it there and show the four actions in a glass capsule in the
status bar's column, below the clock, where the system places vertical
toolbar items.

The vertical bar is detected from the safe area (no top inset, one side
inset) rather than the iOS 27.1 verticalBarEdge APIs, so this still builds
with Xcode 27.0.
