After the reshape, graph/test/**/*.ts fell inside the root tsconfig's include, so tsc compiled the TypeScript fixture cases (parser inputs with deliberate type shapes) as engine source and failed; prepare runs that build, so npm install on a fresh clone exited 2.

Fix: exclude: ["graph/test"]. Verified on a fresh clone of the branch: npm install and npm run build exit 0, dist/ contains no fixtures, bin/axiomcode --help runs. The suites were already green on this tree (they run from source through tsx, which is why they did not catch it).

…e parser inputs, not project source

Moving the suites under graph/ put graph/test/**/*.ts inside the root include, so tsc
compiled the TypeScript fixture cases as engine source and failed on their deliberate
type shapes; npm install ran the same build through prepare. A fresh clone could not
install. Verified on a fresh clone: npm install and npm run build exit 0, dist/ holds no
fixtures.
