Cannot push on dotfiles repository despite having permissions. #64116

It seems like there might be a discrepancy between the permissions set in your devcontainer.json and the actual permissions on the GitHub repository. Please ensure that you have the correct write permissions for the /dotfiles repository on GitHub, and that your local settings are correctly synced with the remote repository. |

Hi there, Let's break down the issue into simpler steps to ensure that the correct permissions are set up for your repository. GitHub Permissions: First, you'll want to verify that you have the right permissions for the /dotfiles repository on GitHub itself.
Codespaces Permissions: Ensure that your codespaces permissions match what's in your devcontainer.json file.
Local Configuration: Check if your local Git configuration is aligned with your GitHub account.
Reauthenticate if Needed: If everything seems correct but you're still facing the issue, try reauthenticating your GitHub account within your Git CLI. I hope this clarifies things a bit. Best, |
