The application is being rejected because GitHub’s verification system cannot confirm that the submitted document proves you are a faculty member, even though you state that your official Certificate of Employment contains the required information.

Verification Help & Guidance
Hi everyone,
Subject: GitHub Education faculty verification repeatedly rejected despite valid official documentation
Hello GitHub Support,
I am applying for GitHub Education as a faculty member at Tongmyong University.
My application has been rejected repeatedly with the message:
“The image you selected does not appear to contain your school name. Your complete school name must appear in your document, not only the school logo.”
However, my official Certificate of Employment clearly shows:
I have tried both my identification/employment documentation and the camera-based submission process, but the verification continues to fail.
The official certificate is issued as an electronic PDF. In fact, the certificate itself states that the PDF file is the original electronic certificate and that a printed output is only a copy.
Because the verification interface requires camera capture, an A4 document becomes difficult to capture at a resolution high enough for the complete institution name and other details to remain clearly readable.
Could you please manually review my GitHub Education faculty verification, or provide a secure method for me to submit the original PDF certificate?
Thank you.
