Hi everyone,

I have applied a dozen times using every different document that I have. The review process keeps giving me the same reason for rejection. I have checked all the information multiple times and still no success. Is there any way to get a person to actually review the document?

If you’ve already tried multiple times and the rejection reason stays the same, I’d recommend contacting GitHub Education Support directly rather than continuing to submit the same application.

Include the exact rejection message, explain which documents you submitted, and mention that you’ve verified all the information is correct. You can also ask whether your case can be manually reviewed or whether there is a specific document or requirement that is causing the rejection.

If possible, avoid submitting repeatedly without changing anything, since that probably won’t resolve the underlying verification issue. Support should be able to tell you what needs to be corrected or whether a manual review is available.
