Confusing presentation of Free vs Pro features on pricing page

Hi GitHub Support,

I noticed several confusing elements on your pricing page that make it difficult to understand the actual differences between Free and Pro plans:

Issues identified:
1. Misleading “Everything in Free, plus…” language
• This suggests Pro users get Free limits PLUS additional amounts
• Reality: Pro has higher total limits, not additive amounts
• Example: Actions minutes are 3000 total for Pro, not 2000 + 3000
2. Repeated identical text without showing actual differences
• GitHub Actions description is identical for both plans, not mentioning the difference (2000 vs 3000 minutes)
• GitHub Packages description is identical for both plans, not mentioning the difference (500MB vs 2GB storage)
3. Duplicate content
• Codespaces description appears twice in the Pro section with identical text
Actual limits (as I understand them):
• Free: 2000 Actions minutes, 500MB Package storage
• Pro: 3000 Actions minutes (total, not +3000), 2GB Package storage (total, not +2GB)

Consider clearly stating the specific limits for each plan rather than using ambiguous “plus” language. For example: “Pro includes 3000 Actions minutes per month (vs 2000 in Free)”.
This would help users make informed decisions without confusion about what they’re actually getting.
