Add support for Unicode 18.

Properly reject additional subscripts before the arrow in an async arrow expression.

Don't treat the string `"use strict"` as a directive when followed by an `in` or `instanceof` operator.

Properly check for duplicate `__proto__` properties and assignment to short-hand properties in expressions that are the left-hand side of a member expression.
