Subject: [PATCH] Order algorithm experiments by evaluated lift

Guard + Runway first, then Glucose Based Partial Application, then Integral Retrospective Correction, by the lift reported in LoopKit/LoopAlgorithm#10 (simulated / replay: +0.86 / +0.99, +0.09 / +0.27, +0.19 / -1.53).
